Depression can lead you to feel hopeless and like you'd prefer to isolate yourself from others. Depression can leave you struggling to find joy and always feeling exhausted.

Depression can come from several places: it can be something you are born with, as a result of a negative life event(s), or a combination of the two.

Regardless of where it came from, it is not your fault and things can get better.
